RANDOM ILLUSTRATIVE DRAWING SKETCH

Here is sketch I'm did for my Illustrative drawing class. This scene is where Colman and Geffrey are escaping through the mystical forest. I got pretty frustrated with this project so I've put it on hold for a while.  But in the mean time enjoy a preview!

Here is a preview of a few of the character that I'm designing to illustration in my picture titled "The Little House of Monster"  This will be a children's picture book about a young girl who befriends the monsters in her house and gets upset when her father takes a job out of state and she has to move away from her friends.  Don't worry this story will have a happy ending!

MOTHER GOOSE JAM FINALS!

Here are the finals for my Mother Goose Jam project.  I made labels for Hey Diddle Diddle Blackberry Jam and Hickory Dickory Dock Red Raspberry Jam.  I also created a logo for  y company.  There are a few photo of how I mocked up the final product.  I need to do some tweaking with the value and contrast, but for the moment it's done.

Here is my first round of color comps for Mother Goose Jam!  I'm still playing around with the design of each character and the overall composition. 

MOTHER GOOSE JAM

 

For one of my classes I'm creating a brand and label for a jam company.  I invented "Mother Goose Jam" company.   Each individual flavor is going to be different like nursery rhyme.  I'm focusing on Hickory Dickory Dock and Hey Diddle Diddle.  Hey are my initial sketches for the jam label and the company logo.

NEW SKETCHES

I am back from the dead, I'm took about a month off during the holidays and now I am just getting back into updating my social media with my new work.  I am still in the process of scanning in my work , but here is a page I scanned in from my sketchbook.  All the people I drew are from my Art therapy class except the dog.  His name is Mack and I am currently sculpting him.  I didn't draw a turn arounds for him I found myself getting really frustrated when I was trying to sculpt him.  I really couldn't get the profile view right so hopefully this will help!
